This is a cozy apartment located in ul Topolowa 24, a very central area very close to both Lubicz street and Rondo Mogilskie. The place is very close as well to the Old Town. The building is historical and very pretty. There is a very spacious backyard where the tenants can leave the bicycles. The place is made of a hallway, kitchen fully equipped, living space equipped with sofas and table, bed area equipped with a double bed. The apartment is equipped with a big double bed for a couple, TV, armchairs, tables and chairs. PLACE (FURNITURE, APPLIANCES) The Lessor can get for the tenants an additional bed upon previous request (single bed or sofa-beds). The tenants can get the following appliances upon previous request: kettle, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, chargers and TV. SERVICE APARTMENTS The tenants get full maintenance for the apartment during the entire period of lease. There is a good internet connection in the building with many networks available, the speed of the connection is very fast and with an unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection). The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, home-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants handmade fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks). The Lessor can get additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request). There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is NOT included in the price of the monthly rent. There is a rental service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The tenants can request to watch all the FOOTBALL matches of the main European leagues (Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League, League 1) and the Champions League by signing up for a very cheap monthly subscription. A NetFlix platform is also available for the tenants upon previous request. The tenants can get a PlayStation (only if still available and upon previous request). EXTRA SERVICE FOR TENANTS There is a laundry service (wash and dry) available for the tenants (please inform the Lessor previously). RELOCATION service The Lessor can help the tenants with the paperwork and bureaucracy needed in order to obtain the PESEL number, temporary residence, application for a VISA and much more. LEGAL, BILLS, price. deposit The agreement of lease is available in Polish and English language. The bills can be paid either upon consumption or in a reach-out amount all inclusive. The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent.
