It features an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV, and a dining table that seats four guests. The property has a spacious balcony where you can enjoy Barcelona’s wonderful weather while having your coffee or a glass of wine — whichever you prefer. The fully equipped kitchen provides essential utensils and cookware to prepare anything you need. There are two bedrooms, each with the added charm of a French balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a full-size bed. All beds come with linens. Additionally, there is a third room that has been set up as a workspace; it has a desk, perfect for travelers and digital nomads working from home. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Other things to note -Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. -We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. -There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. -Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). -Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. -Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
