This year we decided to open a brand new Erasmus student dorm house only a few blocks away from our Tesla house and in a mile radius there are more than few major universities. There is a convenience store close by and a bit further even a big shopping mall. The main city bus line and bus stop is on the same street as the house, so you will have no trouble getting around. This house has 3 floors with 24 cozy and bright (fully furnished) rooms, 3 fully equipped kitchens with dining and socialising areas one on each floor, plenty of bathrooms and toilets and even a jacuzzi. The house has a massive private garden with lots of greenery for barbeque or sunbathing and even a big terrace to enjoy morning coffee in the sun or maybe evening drinks with housemates. All the floors are accessible to all residents by the main staircase and so all the amenities are at your disposal, allthought each floor is a self sufficient unit with everything one might need for a comfortable living. Ground Floor On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction plate stove, microwave...) with plenty of tables and chairs for eating your meals or simply socialising, storage cabinets and an access to an outside covered terrace/veranda and lush garden for barbeques or simply relaxation. On this floor there are 3 bathrooms with a shower and a toilet (one of the bathrooms has a washing machine and a dryer) and a separate toilet and separate bathroom. Attogether 4 showers and 5 toilets. There are 10 rooms on this floor, 8 with a queen size bed and 2 with a single bed.
