This is our home and we're renting it for a few months while away. This is a two-level (fifth- and sixth-floor) apartment with no elevator and a narrow stairway. The views are well worth it! But this isn't for those afraid of a bit of exercise each day. The kitchen, living room, and main terrace are on the main part (fifth floor). The bedrooms are in the upstairs part (sixth floor) and are quite small. The upstairs windows and terrace have views over the entire city. The interior of the apartment is 42m2 but this does not include the three private terraces, which provide another ~25m2 of effective living space to dine, sunbathe, relax in the hammock, enjoy the sunset... I speak and am happy to communicate with you in English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian, French, Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian, and Portuguese; learning Turkish. The minimum length of rental is 32 nights to comply with regulations. The maximum is 7 months, because we start to miss our Barcelona home at that point.....
