The light is the protagonist of the space, enters naturally and illuminates every corner of the room, thanks to the corner window where the dining room is located and from where you can have views towards the Marquès de Campo Sagrado Street. The kitchen opens with a bar that has high chairs, and can serve as a fast food area. It is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances to cook from home. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a suite, has a double bed, a large built-in closet and a cozy little balcony. The second bedroom has a single bed, shelves for storage and a desk. The bathrooms of the apartment are complete and have a shower. A third room equipped as a study/dressing room is the ideal space to work or study. The apartment has high speed wifi. NOTE: Although air conditioning units can be seen in the photographs of the property, this service is not currently operational in the home. Located steps from Avenida Paralelo, this apartment enjoys a central location surrounded by all kinds of commerce such as supermarkets, local stores, bars and restaurants. It is a very residential and familiar area, ideal for sports and outdoor activities towards the mountain of Montjuic. Sant Antoni is a very cozy neighborhood, full of small squares that invite you to relax and enjoy a coffee or a drink. A few meters away is the beautiful Sant Antoni Market, one of the biggest attractions of the city of Barcelona, On one side we find Plaza España, a 17 minute walk and 9 minutes by metro (L3); and on the other side of the avenue Paralelo, Ronda Litoral and the port of Barcelona, a 15 minute walk away. The nearest station "Paral-lel" (L3) is located 4 minutes away.
