This charming apartment is perfect for two couples or groups of 4 people. It is located on the first floor of a small building from 1920. It is central, in a quiet context, located between the Politeama theatre, the Massimo theatre and the Cathedral. Perfectly connected with airport and train station. Large private terrace upstairs! The space: Comfortable apartment with terrace, high ceilings and characteristic carpet floors. It consists of two independent bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The two bedrooms have balconies, while the remaining rooms enjoy the light of windows and a skylight. Upstairs (with private stair access outside the apartment) has a large terrace full of greenery where you can have breakfast or spend pleasant evenings. Cool and breezy even in summer, it can accommodate up to 5 people. Two for each bedroom, one on the single sofa bed. Guest access: Access to the entire home except for a small storage room. All utilities, rent, and the security deposit must be paid before check-in. •A €120 fee is required for professional cleaning of the apartment at the en of your stay. • I reserve the right to request a refund in the following cases: missing items or damages in the apartment. The same policy applies to stained towels and bed linens with stains that cannot be washed away or in the case the apartment is left excessively dirty. The check-out time is at 10:00 on the day your reservation ends. The apartment must be left in a respectable condition, the refrigerator empty, and the trash must be disposed of. You can leave only the last set of sheets and towels (you wouldn't have time to do laundry), the rest should be washed in the days before....
