The large window allows the entry of natural light and illuminates the entire space. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. You will find all the necessary utensils and appliances, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The day area has 2 bedrooms with exterior view. The first bedroom has a double bed and a spacious built-in closet. The second bedroom has a single bed and a desk where you can study or work from home. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and 100mg fiber as wifi. *The neighborhood* Sants - Montjuïc is a quiet residential area, but at the same time one of the best places to live, as it is a very central area and perfectly connected to the rest of the city. Surrounded by all kinds of commerce, between restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of stores. The apartment is located in Carrer d'Antoni de Capmany, 11 minutes walk from Barcelona Sants station (L3/L5), which is one of the main stations of the city and where you can take trains to national and international destinations. Nearby are located the magic fountain of Montjuïc, Plaza España and other tourist attractions. A 6 minute walk away is the Parque de la España Industrial, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. The nearest station is "Plaça de Sants" (L1/L5), just 2 minutes from the apartment.
