This cosy studio features a large room with a comfortable double bed and a table with chairs, a bathroom with shower, and a small fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare all your favourite dishes. Its thoughtful layout makes it the perfect space for a comfortable stay in the heart of Barcelona. From this central location, you are just a short walk from the Picasso Museum 🎨, the Church of Santa Maria del Mar ⛪, and the charming streets of El Born, filled with craft and fashion shops 🛍️. Pets are allowed 🐾 (€150 per month), and the studio is located on floor 3 (no lift). 📝 Instructions & House Rules ✅ Arrival: Call the phone number provided when confirming your reservation. ✅ Check-in: Done at our office. Keys are handed over and a document with clauses must be signed. Without signing, access is not allowed and the reservation will be canceled. ✅ Guests: Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation may stay. Minors are not allowed, and only the contract holder can collect the keys. ✅ Check-out: Departure at 10:00 am.
