Spectacular double room in Ruzafa. This fantastic room is for rent for students or young professionals in Valencia. The room is fully equipped with double bed 135x190cm, wardrobe, desk with lamp, and a bedside table. It is about 7m2 in size and has a lock for privacy. For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. The house is completely renovated, has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine and ceramic hob. This room is ideal for students and young international workers. Ruzafa is the trendy Valencian neighbourhood, full of activity, a fantastic option for going out. The area is very well connected by public transport with a metro station and a bus stop that connects you to the different lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walk, and connects you to the main universities, the city centre, and the beach. The neighbourhood is full of shops, such as supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, gyms, so the offer is very wide. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Electricity: 40€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 40€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment. BED LINEN: For an hygienic reason, we don't provide pillow, duvet and duvet cover. We only provide a set of sheets and a towel. CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME: The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them. The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.
