The room we rent is about 9 square meters and has the furniture that you can see in the photos (bed, wardrobe and nightstand). There is a bathroom at your disposal and a studyroom to share. We would like to share a pleasant environment where you can feel comfortable and where you can study and relax: that is why expect you have your social life outside the apartment. We would also like discretion and respect for our neighbors. Gas, water and electricity are not included in the monthly fee.
