Beautiful apartment in Madrid! "DESCRIPTION A very quiet and bright flat in Chueca, one of the busiest and most multicultural areas of the city, surrounded by culture, commerce, and energy. Located on Calle Pelayo, just a few steps from the metro and the San Antón market, home to culinary surprises and fresh produce. The flat has been refurbished with a sober decoration, taking care of the colors and spaces to create a very pleasant atmosphere. It has everything you need for an excellent stay. It is the first floor WITHOUT LIFT in a classic building. It faces west and receives the afternoon sun. At the entrance, there is a hallway and at the back is the living/dining room with an integrated open-plan kitchen. In the middle of this corridor to the left is the second bedroom with a single bed, built-in wardrobe, and glass door covered with thread curtains. The living room has a light grey double sofa, a rectangular dining table with 2 vintage wooden chairs, a large TV, bedside tables, and an interesting dark wooden chair. It has a balcony with beautiful views over the street and the bell tower of the convent of the Recogidas de Santa María Magdalena. This part of Pelayo street is very quiet, which contrasts with the rest of the streets in the neighborhood. The kitchen is integrated into the social area and is in white ELE with a stone top. It has complete kitchenware for 6 people and modern appliances (cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer). There is a mirror in the background reflecting the light coming in through the living room windows. Through the hallway back to the entrance and past the second bedroom, you go to the bathrooms (first there is the toilet, and next to it is the bathroom with shower and a nice wooden cabinet). At the back is the master bedroom with a 1.50 m bed, a bedside table, and an antique wooden desk with a reading lamp. It has fitted wardrobes and dark curtains. At the back of the room to the left is the closed cupboard with the washing machine and the (hidden) Large flat-screen TV in the living room. Ubicado en la calle Pelayo, a escasos pasos del metro y del mercado de San Antón que alberga sorpresas culinarias y productos frescos. El apartamento está reformado y con una decoración sobria, cuidando los colores y espacios para crear un ambiente muy agradable. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia. Es una segunda planta SIN ASCENSOR en un edificio clásico. Tiene dirección a poniente y recibe el sol de la tarde. Al entrar se abre un pasillo donde al fondo está el salón/comedor con cocina integrada tipo americana. En la mitad de este pasillo a la izquierda se encuentra la segunda habitación con cama individual, armario empotrado y puerta de cristal cubierta con cortinas en hilo. El salón cuenta con un sofá doble color gris claro, una mesa de comedor rectangular con 2 sillas en madera estilo vintage, una TV grande, mesillas y una interesante silla en madera oscura. Tiene un balcón con bellas vistas sobre la calle y sobre el campanario del convento de las Recogidas de Santa María Magdalena. Esta parte de la calle Pelayo es muy tranquila, lo que contrasta con el resto de las calles del vecindario. La cocina está integrada al área social y es en ELE en color blanco con tope en piedra. Cuenta con menaje completo para 6 personas y electrodomésticos modernos (cocina, campana, lavavajillas, nevera/congelador). Tiene un espejo de fondo que refleja la luz que entra por los ventanales del salón. Por el pasillo de vuelta a la entrada y pasando la segundo habitación, se va hacia los baños (primero está el aseo, y contiguo está el baño con plato de ducha y un coqueto mueble en madera). Al fondo está el dormitorio principal con cama de 1.50, mesilla de noche, y un escritorio en madera antigua con una lámpara de lectura. Tiene armarios empotrados y cortinas oscuras.
