A gated entrance leads to the front door and pleasant hall, of which are two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, bidet, toilet and double sink. At the end of the hall is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with a sitting area and access to the veggie garden. The living room is a fantastic space not only of generous proportions but with two defined areas full of natural light, overlooking different aspect of the garden and pool. The dining area opens up to an appealing covered terrace with BBQ-perfect for outdoor dining! The lounge are has a open fireplace, offering all year round comfort complete with tasteful furniture and decoration. Next to the lounge area is a third bedroom, full of light and access to the garden and pool. On the upper floor you will find the spacious master bedroom with bathroom en suite, TV and Nespresso Coffee mashing. It has a cute little balcony with breathtaking views towards Palma, the sea and mountains. Stairs let up to a little study type sitting area, with a big desk for office work and a sitting area, where you can relax reading a book or watch the most beautiful sunset from the little terrace. There is a wireless/bluetooth SONOS music system and 2 Smart TVs (Netflix) for your entertainment and as well books and various table games. Guests can use the whole space for themselves. A 18 hole, spaciously-designed course, well known for its international tournaments and golf academy. We recommend the terrace restaurant with the spectacular view across the golf course and down in The Valley of the thousand windmills. You can enjoy very tasty Mediterranean dishes. Son Gual is also a great base for amateur and professional bicyclists. A few meters from the house starts a bicycle friendly route to Palma and the rest of the island. The nearest beach is Playa de Palma ( 12 km/11 min car) where you can also visit Palma Aquarium. The new shopping center FAN is 13.4km/ 11 min) away. Here you can spent a whole day shopping, enjoying the movie theater or one of the many restaurants. The closest gas station with a small supermarket for any “emergency”, is just 5 minutes away by car in direction Algaida. Opening hours 6am to 10pm every day. The closest bar/restaurant is just 2 minutes away. It is a bikers bar and has very tasty home made hamburgers. We recommend to rent a car to get around.
