The living room is modern, bright and very comfortable, has access to the balcony overlooking the Plaça d'Herenni. The kitchen is fully integrated and has all the necessary utensils and appliances so you can cook from the moment you arrive. The bar opens to the space and has 2 high chairs to enjoy quick meals. The sleeping area has 1 bedroom with double bed, open closet and a desk space, perfect for working or studying from home. There is also a small additional room with a bunk bed that you can use according to your needs. The apartment has a full bathroom with shower. The apartment has air conditioning, hot and cold pump heating, and wifi. *Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The location could not be better, it is very central and in a quiet and residential area. The apartment is located in the Plaça d'Herenni, in the surroundings you will find parks such as the Joan Miró Park and the Industrial Spain Park to play sports or enjoy outdoor activities. This area is very well stocked and you will find all kinds of commerce such as supermarkets, local stores, boutiques, bars and restaurants. Plaza España is located 7 minutes away, where you will find tourist sites of interest such as the National Art Museum of Catalonia and the fountains of Montjuic, among others; in addition to the Arenas Shopping Center, a former bullring, which now houses a variety of shops and multiplex cinemas; and the metro and train station "Plaza Catalunya". At the same distance, you will find Sants Station, the main railroad station of the city, so you can take trains to national and international destinations.
