Nice and spacious apartment located in a large residential complex. The apartment is equipped with a large living area with bookcase, desk, sofa and dining table which has access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped by all the necessary utensils and there is a small table. The apartment has a spacious and bright bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and dishwasher. The area is located on the outskirts of Milan, not far from Porta Romana. The center is easily reachable by metro with the M3 line - yellow line. The apartment is close to the Milan Rogoredo train station which allows easy travel even in areas outside Milan. The area is also served by supermarkets, pharmacies, a municipal park, a basketball field and a bowling green. RENTAL CONDITION: -One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that. - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
