The apartment is located in Carrer de Sant Francesc, in the neighborhood of Poblenou, this is a very quiet, residential area and has become one of the favorites when choosing housing. In addition, it is located a few minutes walk from the beach Marbella and Bogatell, one of the best beaches in Barcelona. It has a nice promenade at the foot of the sea, surrounded by green areas, perfect for outdoor activities.
