The apartment, a raised ground floor, is very elegant, in particular, the interiors are painted in fresco by Claudia herself, the owner. It includes a dining room for 4 people and a kitchen, well equipped with any electric appliances (washing machine, toaster, kettle, etc.); one bathroom, black&white-tiled with shower; an air-conditioned double bedroom with furnishings; the living room, furnished with a sofa easy to convert into a comfortable double bed, a glass desk and an armchair for TV relaxation, or not, in the cool of the air conditioning.
