The service charges include everything except the good old GEZ (because it is person-related). So all these items are included and you don't have to worry about them: - electricity - water - sewage - rubbish - caretaker service - heating system Location The house is located in Sindelfingen, district Schleicher. It is 600m to the next REWE or 850m to Lidl. Many other shopping possibilities (Sterncenter) are in the centre. The nearest bus stop is within easy reach. From here, the "722" will take you directly to the city centre or to Sindelfingen train station. If you prefer to walk, it takes about 10 minutes to the city centre and 19 minutes to the train station. Take the S60 to Böblingen or Stuttgart main station. The easiest way to get an idea of how to get there is to use Google Maps and check your usual routes. Simply enter Eichholzstraße 10, Sindelfingen.
