The Landlord shall provide the Tenant with a copy of the relevant HousingAnywhere invoice, and the penalty shall be charged in accordance with the agreed booking period. The Tenant further acknowledges and accepts that such amount shall be deducted from the security deposit prior to any refund thereof, and expressly waives any right to contest, oppose, or claim reimbursement in relation to said deduction This deduction is expressly agreed as separate and without prejudice to any other amounts that may be withheld from the security deposit, or otherwise claimed by the Landlord, including but not limited to damages to the premises, unpaid rent, utilities, administrative costs, or any other contractual obligations of the Tenant. In caso di risoluzione anticipata del contratto di locazione da parte del Conduttore, sarà applicata una penale corrispondente alla quota di detta commissione già versata dal Locatore a HousingAnywhere. Il Locatore fornirà al Conduttore copia della relativa fattura emessa da HousingAnywhere, e la penale sarà calcolata in conformità al periodo di prenotazione pattuito. Il Conduttore riconosce ed accetta altresì che tale importo sarà detratto dal deposito cauzionale prima di qualsiasi restituzione dello stesso, e rinuncia espressamente a qualunque diritto di contestazione, opposizione o richiesta di rimborso in relazione a tale detrazione. Tale detrazione è espressamente convenuta come separata e senza pregiudizio rispetto ad ogni altra somma che potrà essere trattenuta dal deposito cauzionale, o comunque richiesta dal Locatore, ivi incluse, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, le somme dovute per danni all’immobile, canoni non corrisposti, utenze, spese amministrative o qualsiasi altro obbligo contrattuale del Conduttore.
