It is nicely refurbished and located in 3rd floor and keeps you fit - because there is not (hidden website) is very light and calm as the windows are towards a silent nice green inner court of the building, which is a typical Viennese "Altbau" erected in 1874 well maintained and clean. The apartment has a bigger room which serves as kitchen and living room and a smaller room with a double bed. In the living room there are 2 blue sofa beds perfect to accommodate guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a gas-stove an oven and an micro wave oven toster, in the bathroom there is a washing machine and a shower. The toilet is in a separate room. At Schwedenplatz there are connecting trains and buses to the airport. n case you are interested in renting a nice and bright apartment in the 17th district bordering with 18th and 9th district, please find attached few pictures of the flat.
