It is located on a 2nd floor with no elevator, equipped with air conditioner, washing machine, dryer and has plenty of light throughout the day. → Bed The apartment has a comfortable double-bed (140 cm x 200 cm). → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room is modernly decorated and features a Smart TV, a cozy sofa, a desk/dining table and a little balcony with 2 chairs to enjoy some fresh breeze. → Kitchenette The Kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
