Alfama is a bustling tourist area. Please be aware that this area may be quite busy and noise can be expected! → Building The apartment is situated on the third floor of a traditional Portuguese building (without an elevator) and boasts the truly incredible atmosphere of Alfama. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a great time in Lisbon, with all the main city attractions and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. Pedestrian-only access street. The nearest vehicle access is about a 5-minute walk away. Alfama is an old neighborhood characterized by narrow, steep streets with Portuguese pavement. It is located just a 20-minute walk from the center of Lisbon. Don't forget your comfortable shoes! → Bedrooms The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The other bedroom has two single beds, is located upstairs, and has reduced ceiling height. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a table for 2 people overlooking the river. Additional Info: → The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys.
