This 33 sqm apartment is completely renovated and is located in a central but quiet location in downtown Düsseldorf. The apartment has room for 2 persons which should be a couple as there's only one bed-/livingroom. The basic rent listed is for a single person occupancy. I have added the optional costs for 2-person-occupancy as 'other optional costs'. In the modern equipped kitchen you can prepare a breakfast or even a small meal. On foot you are in 10 minutes in the old town of Düsseldorf or on the Königsallee. Restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. You can easily reach the apartment, located on the second floor, via an elevator. The walk to the main train station is about 8 minutes. Alternatively, take the subway or streetcar. From there, both the airport and the exhibition center can be reached within a very short time by public transport. You also have the possibility to rent a car directly at the main station or at the airport. Please note that all our apartments are non-smoking accommodations.
