Tate is a spacious 120 square meter apartment of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in Madrid's trendy Salamanca district. The design is chic and not overcomplicated, playing with light and dark tones and wooden detailing. To the left of the entrance, there is a modern kitchen fully furnished for all one's cooking needs. Across the hall, the living room has an L-shaped couch facing the Smart TV, and a round dining area with a unique lantern-style lamp hanging above. The first bedroom, past the kitchen, has a custom made geometric wooden detailing on the walls behind the queen-size bed. The room comes with ample closet space and a full size mirror. The second bedroom, with queen-sized bed, shares the characteristic geometric pattern, contrasting light wood with a strong teal. Located between the two bedrooms, the first bathroom has a full shower and a bidet. On the other side of the entrance, the ensuite bedroom has a hallway lined with closets and a private work area. One of the most impressive features of the bedroom is the custom wood panelling on the ceiling. The ensuite bathroom comes with double washbasin and a bathtub with shower.
