On the ground floor of a prestigious condominium, natural light opens the beauty of this apartment composed of a bedroom/living room and bathroom equipped with every comfort and a modern fully equipped kitchen. An interesting view on the condominium park with turtles. Check-in is available at all hours, but an extra charge may be required depending on the time of arrival. A payment of 35€ will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while on Saturdays and holidays the supplement will be applied at any time. IMPORTANT - Please note that you will be required to pay the city tax required by the Municipality of Milan (children/youth under 18 years old are exempt); the cost is 2 Euro per person per day which must be paid in cash at check-in.
