Looking for a female to take over my room in an amazing location right at Praterstern. Available from August on. The flat is in Afrikanergasse, 2 mins walking from U1 Nestroyplatz and 3mins from Praterstern (U1, U2). A lot of shops and cafes nearby, 15min walk to the Donaukanal and only a few minutes to Prater. The room (ca. 9m2) is in the 69m2 apartment shared with 2 cool girls in their late 20s. There's a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, 2 storage rooms (enough space for snowboard gear, etc). The flat is fully equipped with things like a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, etc. Downstairs there's also a room to store your bike. The price for the room is 240 euro/month + internet. Last but not least, the landlord is REALLY nice - very polite and responsive. For instance, when the old vacuum cleaner broke, he bought a new one. The same when we suggested that another fridge would be great (there used to be only a small one for the 3 of us). All in all, despite the size, the room in this location and at this price is rare to find. I've lived there for a year and can totally recommend it! PS Deposit is 3x the monthly rate...
