Our shared unfurnished Coliving apartments are: -Equipped with 2 bathrooms and a sunny patio! -Equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, oven/microwave, washing machine, dryer -Equipped with curtains and our south and east-facing rooms also have sun blinders What is NOT included in the rent? -Advance payment for energy and water: approx € 30,- euro pp -Internet: € 15,- euro Each apartment has a view over the canals! The Indische buurt provides a variety of bars, restaurants within walking distance. The central station is only a short bike ride away. Have a look on google maps to see what is around! Each listing provides a floor plan where you can see the exact number of housemates in the apartment. Registration with the municipality is always possible. The 1st month’s rent is paid through Housinganywhere, furthermore, there is a 1000 euro deposit. This needs to be paid before arrival. The deposit is refundable at the end of your stay. You will receive a link to view and sign the rental agreement digitally, this will confirm your reservation. Our rental agreements run over full months, therefore the end date will be the last day of the calendar month regardless of the indicated end date on the Housing anywhere reservation. The minimum stay is 3 months. Please bear in mind that HousingAnywhere.com secures the 1st month’s rent until your move-in date making sure that the room is exactly as advertised, therefore viewings are not required or supported...
