It is a 2 bedroom apartment in the area of Mülheim in Cologne, just 1.6km away from the trade fair centre, 1 km away from a supermarket and just 10 minutes walk from Wiener Platz, where there are shops, tram and bus stops. It is a fully furnished apartment with washing machine, SMART TV and dishwasher and all costs are included in the rent, including wifi, taxes, stairwell cleaning and Hausmeister service, with the exception of a €100 cleaning fee when you move out.
