Hi :) We (Nina, 30 and Raphi, 28) are looking for a third roommate. We offer a comfortable, tiny room furnished with a loft bed (mattress incl.). This adds additional space to the 8 m2 room. It's also equipped with a couch and a chest of drawers, which can be removed if wished. The flat as a whole has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a small balcony as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. In the basement we have a storage room and there is a community washing machine available, which can be used for 1€/use. We are both fulltime workers and are therefore only on evenings in the flat. Moreover I (Nina) spend most of my weekends outside of vienna. We both like to cook and eat together sometimes or have a beer, but it's also important to us to be able to spend time on one's own. The term of use is totally up to you. We accept short-term as well as middle-term lease up to one year. The price of € 300 is all incl.
