This self-catered apartment located in São Bento street is the perfect place to start discovering the city. Located on the 1st floor of a renovated building without elevator this 90 sqm apartment has a nice terrace to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a mirror, a closet and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. You can access the terrace from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your meals and has a high table with 3 chairs in case you want to eat in the kitchen. You also have access to the terrace from the kitchen. The living room is very spacious and has a big dining table with 6 chairs in case you want to invite some friends over or even put up a workspace, a sofa bed for one, cable tv and a lounge chair the perfect place to read a book or research about places to visit. You have two big windows that are actually small typical balconies that let the light in. The apartment has wifi access throughout and portable heaters for winter. In case you are travelling by car you have a public (paid) parking a few meters from the apartment. Be aware that parking on the street is also paid and most places are only for residents. If you need a baby cot or a high chair be sure to let us know (upon request and with cost). A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10 pm and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2 am and 50€ after 2 am.
