Living room: The living area is spacious and bright, equipped with a sofa bed that increases the accommodation capacity of the apartment. Here you can relax watching the flat-screen TV or reading a good book. Kitchen: The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals in total autonomy. Bathroom: The bathroom, with a contemporary design, is equipped with a comfortable shower, bidet and washing machine, offering convenience especially for longer stays. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, heating and bed linen and towels are included. The Sacconi 2 A apartment, located in Via Privata Giuseppe Sacconi 2, is located in the Ripamonti-Corvetto district. The nearest metro station is Brenta on Line M3 (Yellow), which is about 1 km from the apartment. In addition, the area is well served by several bus lines, including 65, 84, 91, 93 and 95, which facilitate travel to other areas of the city. The neighborhood offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops, allowing you to immerse yourself in local Milanese life. In addition, the presence of supermarkets and essential services in the immediate vicinity makes your stay even more comfortable. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
