A living/sleeping area with adjoining balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower are spread over the 42 sqm of the apartment. From all rooms, you have a view into the green inner courtyard. The apartment is located in the very popular "in-district" Prenzlauer Berg. The special thing about Prenzlauer Berg is the boutiques with Berlin fashion labels and shops with funky trendy clothes, fashion and home accessories. Antiquarian bookshops, galleries and shops of local artists, craftsmen and designers are located in the direct vicinity of nice cafés and restaurants. Underground and S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee and tram stops are close by to explore Berlin. Living and sleeping area: The living area is equipped with a white leather sofa bed (1.20 x 2.00 m), a side table, a flat screen TV with cable connection and a WLAN connection. A fancy table lamp and a chandelier complete the picture. Adjacent to the living area is a balcony with table and chairs, which can also be used for the living area. The sleeping area has two pinewood beds in Mediterranean style (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) with bedside tables and two narrow pine wood cupboards. Bed linen is provided. Kitchen: In the kitchen, there is a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a table with chairs for a comfortable breakfast, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
