It is located on the ground floor left side wing of a freshly renovated old building in Berlin. Two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with tub offer you every comfort on 56 square meters. The apartment is located in the very popular trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. The Prenzlauer Berg is one of the very young districts of Berlin, although it has been a lively place for decades, full of life energy and a special attitude towards life that can only be found here. Countless pubs, bars, cafés and galleries provide a varied nightlife in which you are sure to find your place. The central location allows you to get everywhere quickly and directly. The U- and S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee can be reached after a 7 minute walk and tram stops are almost opposite. Living room and dining room: In the living room, a large modern double bed with 2 single mattresses (total 1.80 x 2.00 m) with side tables invites you to relax after a day in the hustle and bustle of Berlin, flat-screen TVs with cable connection allow pure relaxation and of course you can use the existing WLAN connection. In a comfortable armchair with floor lamp you can end the evening with a good read. A spacious wardrobe offers enough storage space for your luggage. At the elegant dining table with four chairs you can eat together comfortably and cosily, browse through city maps and make plans for the day. Bedroom: The bedroom offers the possibility to retreat into two single beds and also allows visitors to sleep in separate beds. The bedside tables and pleasant light make the bedroom a place where people like to retreat. Bed linen is of course available. Due to the equipment of the apartment, optimal sleeping comfort in real beds is provided for everyone, even if the apartment is occupied by four guests. Kitchen: In the fully equipped kitchen there is a stove with oven, a refrigerator with ice compartment and a small seating area. A coffee maker, a kettle and toaster, as well as dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots are available. Bathroom: The elegant bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink. The toilet is located separately, so that there is less traffic jam in the morning, when four people are occupied. Towels are available. Further important information I ask the guests to talk quietly in the courtyard or with the window open so as not to disturb the neighbours. Not to smoke in the apartment out of consideration for following guests and to wash the dishes before departure and especially to leave the kitchen clean. Thanks a lot!
