Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes. In the additional required cost, there is an amount of 70€/month which is the estimated monthly fuel heating cost for the winter period.
