The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment. The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes. In the additional required cost, there is an amount of 120€/month which is the estimated monthly heating cost for the winter period. This amount is not applied in spring, summer and autumn. Long ter gives discount. More than 1 person from start contract: +50 euros/months/person excluding utilities.
