It is well suited as an interim solution for 4-8 weeks. Equipped with: comfortable folding bed, large wardrobe with shelves. The freshly sanded wooden floor and renovated historical wardrobe create a cozy atmosphere. Anyone who loves slightly creaky floors will feel at home :-) Toilet, bathroom with shower and kitchen was only renovated 5 years ago and is available for common use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The shared apartment has WiFi. Flat share is conveniently located in the center of Filderstadt-Bernhausen: Train station 3 minutes away, other bus stops almost in front of the door. Bakery, post office, bank, supermarkets etc in just 2-4 minutes away. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces, you have to park on the street. The adjoining room is an ideal interim solution for a short time. It is also only rented for 1-2 months. DE: Günstige Mitwohnmöglichkeit als Zwischenlösung frei - BITTE TEXT LESEN BEVOR SIE ANRUFEN Im Dachgeschoss unserer Wohngemeinschaft ist ein kleiner Nebenraum mit ca 7 qm frei. Er ist gut als Zwischenlösung für 4-8 Wochen geeignet. Ausgestattet mit: komfortablem Klappbett, großem Kleiderschrank mit Ablagen. Der frisch geschliffene Holzboden und renovierte historische Kleiderschrank schafft eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wer leicht knarzende Böden liebt, wird sich zuhause fühlen :-) Das Bad mit Dusche und die Küche wurde erst vor 5 Jahren renoviert, steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank komplett eingerichtet. Die Wohngemeinschaft verfügt über W-Lan. WG liegt verkehrsgünstig im Zentrum von Filderstadt-Bernhausen: Bahnhof 3 Minuten entfernt, weitere Bushaltestellen fast vor der Türe. Bäckerei, Post, Bank, Supermärkte etc in nur 2-4 Minuten entfernung. Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider nicht vorhanden, es kann auf der Strasse geparkt werden. Die Universitäten in Stuttgart, Stgt-Vaihingen und Hohenheim sind sehr gut erreichbar. Der Nebenraum ist eine ideale Zwischenlösung für kurze Zeit. zb für Praktikanten oder kurzfristige Beschäftigungsverhältnisse. Die Mitwohnmöglichkeit wird nur für maximal 1-2 Monate vermietet. Es ist erwünscht daß man sich ins Leben der Wohngemeinschaft einfügt, es ist kein Hotel oder Pensionsbetrieb mit Zimmerservice :-) Bitte nur Anfragen die verstehen was eine Wohngemeinschaft ist. Cómo reservar este alojamiento
Cuando encuentras una propiedad que te gusta, realizar una reserva es muy sencillo. Tanto el inquilino como el propietario deben confirmar antes de formalizar una reserva. Así es como funciona:

- Cuando el propietario la apruebe y se acepte el pago, habrás reservado correctamente la propiedad.
No es necesario que visites el alojamiento cuando reservas con HousingAnywhere. Estas son las razones:
- Todas las propiedades de HousingAnywhere tienen fotografías y una descripción clara. Puedes comunicarte fácilmente con el propietario por si algo no estuviese claro.
- Al no realizarse visitas, todos los usuarios tienen las mismas oportunidades a la hora de reservar, tanto las personas que ya viven en la ciudad como las que viven en otro lugar.
- HousingAnywhere se cerciora de que la propiedad es tal y como aparece en el anuncio, y solamente envía el pago al propietario cuando has hecho la mudanza correctamente.
