In this lovely “apartment” there’s three (partly) renovated and fully furnished studio’s. All studio’s have their own kitchen, toilet and shower! The apartment is located in the west side of Rotterdam nearby shops and public transport etc. The apartment is located on the second and third floor of the house. On the second floor there’s studio one (back side of the house, 36M2) and studio two (front side of the house, 32M2). Studio 3 is located on the third floor and has a total acreage of 61M2! Studio 3: This studio has two rooms, one bedroom (19m2), one kitchen/living room (26M2) and a seperate bathroom (7M2) with a shower, washing facility and toilet. -private (renovated) kitchen -private shower, toilet and washing facility (two sinks) furnished with: -dining table and four chairs -couch -bed (160x200) plus blanket, pillows and one set of bed linen -wardrobe -kitchen appliances, plates, cutlery, glasses etc Public transport: To Erasmus University: +/-30 minutes To Rotterdam Centraal: +/-15 minutes To Erasmus MC: +/-9 minutes By bike: To Erasmus University: +/-20 minutes / 5KM To Rotterdam Centraal: +/-5 minutes / 1KM To Erasmus MC: +/-5 minutes / 1KM Studio 3 is suitable for a couple who are living together (share the same bed, have joint bank account etc), this is of course not mandatory (it can be rented by just one person as well). There’s a mandatory administration fee of 350EUR that’ll have to be paid when moving in. The studio will have to be rented until the end of July / August. When you’re happy with your stay and want to extend we can offer an extension until the end of December 2022. A new contract will have to be signed for the extension. The service fee for studio three (which includes: gas/electricity/furnishing/internet) is 300EUR a month, which is to be paid together with the rent each month, upfront before the first day of that month. The total amount to be paid every month is 1275EUR....
