Supermarkets, bars and tobacco shops in the immediate vicinity. Polytechnic University is just 10 minutes away. The Duomo, the University of Milan and Isola (the youngest district of the city full of locals) are less than 20 minutes away; the Bicocca and the universities and fashion and design institutes of the city center are also within easy reach. There is also a train station close to the metro which is really useful to reach the cities near Milan. Conveniently 4 minutes from the yellow metro line of Affori FN. (the photo is indicative of the room, the real photo will be posted in a few days time, right now we are furnishing the apartment with brand new furniture) RENTAL CONDITION: - rental contract must last 12 months. If you want to leave the room before the end of the contract you can find another tenant willing to take over your contract and continue to pay the rent. If you don't find one, you will be responsible to pay until the end of your stay. - in order to book the room, you will need to provide us your passport (if you are from outside EU also your residency permit) and pay the first monthly rent plus the one-time HousingAnywhere fee through the platform. In una zona residenziale con tanto verde e molto comoda per gli spostamenti: a 4 minuti dalla metro gialla di Affori FN, politecnico a soli 10 minuti, duomo e Università degli studi di Milano meno di 20 così come Isola, il quartiere più giovane della città pieno di locali e vivo 7 giorni su 7; facilmente raggiungibili anche la Bicocca e le università e gli istituti di moda e design del centro. Oltre alla metro, dalla stazione adiacente si possono raggiungere velocemente tutte le zone a nord di Milano. Anche per gli spostamenti in bici la zona è molto comoda. Supermercati, bar e tabacchi nelle immediate vicinanze. (Entro pochi giorni saranno integrati gli arredi mancanti: un materasso, una scrivania ed una sedia) Nel “canone tutto incluso” sono comprese tutte le spese (acqua, condominio, gas ed elettricità).
