The Blommersdijkselaan is a quiet street (but with many amendities closeby) located 8 minutes biking from Rotterdam Central station, and with easy access to highways directed to Den Haag / Amsterdam and Utrecht. The street has plenty of parking opportunity. Public transportation like tram and station Rotterdam North are around the corner. Rotterdam North is a lively neighborhood with a diverse population and many shops & restaurants. The apartment has 3 rooms of in total 80 m2. One bedroom of 18 m2 with plenty of wardrobe space. A luxury private bathroom of 6m2 with double rainshower, double sink and a two person bath. A living of 56 m2 with open kitchen and two bar seats. Besides that, there is a beautiful garden of 25m2 where you can enjoy the sun from May - September. Feel free to use the BBQ! The apartment is fully renovated in 2021. Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, flooring, everything new. The apartment has floor heating in every area. The energy label is A. The apartment comes upholstered and fully furnished. All the furniture is newly bought in 2022. Washing machine is built in in one of the closets. The apartment also has an in height adjustable desk and monitor, suitable for home working. The dining table could function as secondary working space. Water, Gas, Electricity, fast Internet and TV connection are included in the rent as service costs. The service costs also includes bi-weekly cleaning of the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment comes with a private fridge, freezer, dish washer, stove, oven, water boiler, coffee machine, washing machine.
