There is ample parking on the street, and public transportation (tram and Rotterdam North station) is within walking distance. Erasmus University can be reached within 15 minutes by bike. Rotterdam Noord is a lively neighborhood with a diverse community, as well as a wide range of shops and restaurants. The apartment offers approximately 80 m2 of living space divided over three rooms.
