The room has a single bed, 2-door wardrobe, desk, bedside table, curtains, mirror, bookcase. The colors of the walls promote good humor and help in the study. The area is very central and the context is particularly calm, pleasant and very appreciated by the students. Very well served area, close to all the main services, such as supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy. Obviously the estimated consumption is calculated on the basis of a normal and sensible use of household appliances (radiators, air conditioners, lights, etc ..) In case the consumption exceed in a disproportionate way the normal consumption, Stanza Semplice is authorized (as per contract signed with the tenant) to ask for supplements, showing bills and invoices. It is in our interests that these situations never occur, but it is our job to make sure that the tenants of the house make proper use, without waste, of energy and water. - Reservation fee of 295 euros To officially book the room, you have to do a payment of 295 euros, which we use for: - Contract registration fee -Apartment common spaces cleaning one time/month - Room cleaning during the incoming and the outgoing - Supplementary insurance on the property The initial fee also allows you to enter the “Club Stanza Semplice” Once you are a part of the club you will then have access to its services: - All inclusive - Furniture completely new - Recently renovated apartments - System safety - Excellent location for students - Maintenance - Direct contact with the Stanza Semplice staff for any problem NB: this money is NOT a deposit, we don’t ask the deposit to our tenants. -Rent payment: For administrative reasons, the monthly payment has to be made by the 5th of each month NB: The rooms are made available without sheets and blankets NBB: It is COMPULSORY to put mattress covers and sheets on the bed and the pillowcase on the pillow...
