The building “Stuwerstrasse Nr. 35” in Vienna is located in a calm side street with many trees near the city center of Vienna, and near the famous “Prater”, which is not only the famous entertainment park, but also the so-called “Green Prater” with many large meadows and high old trees near the Danube. You will stay in a quiet, light, one-roomed studio apartment of 40m2, with view of trees from the 3rd floor (with elevator). The accommodation is comfortably furnished for 2 to 5 persons, including a double bed, two sofa-beds (1 single- and 1 double-sofa bed), table, chairs, cable TV and highspeed internet (wlan), a comfortable sitting corner, and a shower. The comfortabe kitchen with stove and refrigerator enables you to self cater, if you wish. This apartment in Vienna is located not only close to the city center, but also adjacent to the Wiener Prater, the biggest theme park in Austria, also known for its famous Ferris wheel (Das Riesenrad) and lots of other attractions. The new fair grounds as well as the convention center can be reached from here in a very short time. The Prater Hauptallee turns out to be quite impressive, containing lots of parks, green space and playgrounds, as it streches itself across 6 million square meters right in the center of the city. One can use the broad promenades to take a walk, do some jogging or just relax a bit. Moreover, the Prater could also prove to be quite interesting for bikers. You can rent bikes or a rickshaw in a store near the Ferris wheel or explore the park area in a mini railway, which can take you from the Ferris wheel all the way to the Ernst-Happel-Stadion. If you are into hiking, you can even reach the small meadow „Freudenau“ by foot and then rent a boat for a little boat trip. Various other activities such as horseback riding or golfing are being offered and the Stadionbad, one of the biggest baths in Vienna is also close by. Only a few minutes away from the apartment lies the Schweizerhaus, one of the most famous beer gardens in Austria, known for its excellent cuisine. A reservation in advance is always advised, to be able to get hold of one of the sought-after seats and enjoy the excellent food. A supermarket as well as various other restaurants and shops are in the immediate vincinity of the holiday flat in Vienna in the Stuwerstraße. There is also a subway station (U2) right next to the apartment and a few tram lines, which lead into the center of the city via the Praterstern and Schwedenplatz, but they can also take you to the danube. In Vienna, the subways travel around-the-clock, so you will still be able to reach home even after a long night. In case you arrive by car you can rent a place in the garage on request...
