Cozy and bright apartment located in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is well connected by public transport. The apartment is fully renovated and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 4 bright double bedrooms , all of them with Air Condition, and also 2 complete bathrooms. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. The common areas are fully integrated in a single environment. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Electricity: 40€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 40€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
