We are looking for a flatmate starting February the 15th 2024. Ideal for young professional, intership, workshop Atypical room, a teepee, very close to downtown Brussels. Short-term renters also welcome. Our living space called « The Other Side » is an atypical and outstanding residential loft which has been co-created by artist and creative-types since 2012. This fully-furnished collective space is shared by 3 to 4 people in total and a young boy (now 4 years old). The room is a spacious teepee (10m squared) with a queen size mattress. The spacious Teepee has a 3.5 meter diameter, which means you can stand inside of it! And it has a full size mattress. The tipi is at the far corner of the main communal space. Calm and serene shared environment with very large windows, tons of plants and plenty of cushions. There is a high sense of respect towards each other as well as towards nature. Within the shared space there is also a wooden cabin, and a small room downstairs. We have a balcony, a berkey water filter and a very nice sound system (to be used respectfully). The large open kitchen invites you to cook (fully equipped) and the bathroom is a jungle, full of plants. Gummo is the name of our cute, very clean and clever cat. Proximity to Aumale park and to the AUMALE METRO station. All the people who stayed here over the years have contributed in building the space, which gives it a unique and cosy vibe. We speak French and English at home. Looking forward to meet you. Jennifer, Quentin et Gummo (the cat of the house) Details : Our warehouse turned residential loft space is 28 meters by 7.5 meters with very high ceilings, on floor 1 of the building. The entrance door opens directly to the outside. The Other Side is in one of the main neighborhoods of Brussels, yet is a very quiet space given the configuration of the property. There is a large empty green lot across the way, which also makes the space very quiet and provides a nice view! 100m from the canal. 9 minute metro ride to downtown ( metro stop Aumale is just 150 meters away). 15 minute bicycle ride to downtown, 40 minute walk along the canal. -WIFI. -Washing machine. -We have towels and bedsheets for you. -All together, you included, we keep the house very clean and welcoming. 600€/month (all charges included). Our place is a shared space so we care about our roommate choice. We will not answer you with a quick, pre-made answer. The first thing is the shared kitchen, then a dinning area, then the cabin, then more salon, then the tipi, and finally the shared restroom. Downstairs it's Jennifer and Quentin's room, and our tiny guest room. It's a communal living space. None of the rooms are fully private as far as noise, the tipi is tucked in the far back corner. - Al no realizarse visitas, todos los usuarios tienen las mismas oportunidades a la hora de reservar, tanto las personas que ya viven en la ciudad como las que viven en otro lugar.
- HousingAnywhere se cerciora de que la propiedad es tal y como aparece en el anuncio, y solamente envía el pago al propietario cuando has hecho la mudanza correctamente.
