Internet included in the rental price, all other bills are to be paid separately (100/150 euros per month). For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract. Those self employed can show their tax d(hidden)ration. If you want to avoid showing any information, you can pay your rent + bills all together EXAMPLE: - 1-month rent: agency fee would be the 16,33% of the first-month rent. To be paid only once - 2 months rent: agency fee would be the 32,66% of the first-month rent. To be paid only once - 4 months rent: agency fee would be the 65,32% of the first-month rent.
