I am subletting my appartment in the city centre of Breda for the duration of at least four months as I will travel to Asia. The appartment is located on the second story next to the water and is located five minutes by foot to the city center and the AH-supermarket. By bike, you can reach the train station in five minutes and NHTV in ten. The complex has an elevator. As I will leave to travel, I will leave all my furniture behind including my new twin bed and washing machine. In addition, the appartment has a desk, a tv and a soundsystem. You don't have to share anything in the appartment and the price includes the base rent, all utilities (inc. Internet) and usage of the furniture and inventory. The room has an additional storage next to the main entry and a storage for a bicycle and other stuff at the ground floor. The only but to the story is that it is not possible to register at city hall. There is a possibility the stay can be longer than the initial four months.
