It consists of an entrance with extra locker and enough storage space, a very nice new bathroom with washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, mixer), a toilette and a smartly designed living/bedroom: It features a storage room under the loft bed (e.g. to keep your precious bicycle in safe custody), a dining corner and a very big sofa next to a LED flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a PlayStation and high-speed WIFI internet (25 Mbit/s). A ladder leads to the 140 cm double bed that will suit to sportive and adventurous renter! ;) Besides the washer and dryer you will find an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a mop with a bucket, several new bed linen & towels. The neighbourhood The immediate neighbourhood is an emerging young hot spot with a lovely mix of different cultures. Because of this melting pot and the recently newly opened Westbahnhof a lot of new trendy bars, restaurants and start-ups are popping up in the middle of older Viennese shops from the 60s and 70s. There is one convenience store (24/7 shop) in the same street and two supermarkets just around the corner (“Spar” and “Billa” on the Mariahilfer Straße). For physical activities the neighbourhood has a pleasant green environment with parks next to Schönbrunn (ideal for runners).
