Hi boys and girls, I will sub rent my beautiful room for 2,5 month because I will be traveling during the summer. The house: I live in a shared flat with Floor, Rob and Dustin, my lovely roommates. You share the bathroom and kitchen. Sometimes we cook together or just have a chat in the kitchen. Our house belongs to a community of 5 houses, so there is 20 more people living in the surrounding houses. We all share a big garden, where there is a fireplace where people can have a beer together or do a barbecue etc. ...and we even have chicken :) The surrounding: The City center is five minutes by foot and within three minutes your at the Waal. There is supermarkets close by and the central station is about 10 minutes by foot. The University is 15 minutes away by bike. The room: The room is 20 square meters and has a very big window. It is very bright and I love the sun shining into the room in the morning. There is a big bed, you can use my stereo equipment and I will put away my clothes so you will have a big closet and clothes rail to fit all you things. The price is 350€ including everything.
