Het huis ligt aan het kruispunt van twee grachten: Nieuwe Rijn en Herengracht. De Breestraat is 3 minuten lopen, de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt op 1 minuut, het station is op 10 minuten fietsen. We delen een fusie, drie douches, een keuken en drie wc's. Ook hebben we een tuin met overdekte bar (dakterras) en een huisboot met 16 man. Het betreft een grotendeels ongemeubileerde kamer (wél gestoffeerd) met inloopkast aan de voorkant op de begane grond. Er zal wel een bed en een sofa staan. De kamer is 24m2 en heeft uitzicht op de twee genoemde grachten. De huur bedraagt respectievelijk €316 voor de eerste maand en €473 per maand erna. The rental period will be from June 10th (possibly a few days earlier) until August 31st. Utrechtse Veer 7 is located at the crossroads of two canals: Nieuwe Rijn and Herengracht on which the room has a view. It’s a 3 minute walk to the Breestraat, nearest supermarket is 1 minute walk, Leiden Central Station is a 10 minute cycle. We share a common room, three showers, a kitchen, three toilets, a backyard with a bar (on top of it a roof terrace) and a boat with 16 guys. The room itself will be mostly unfurnished, containing a walk-in closet, and is situated on the ground floor. There will be a bed and a sofa. The room is 24m2, overlooking the two mentioned canals.
