You can rent just only this room, but also its possible to rent 3 rooms with some friends. Because in total there are 3 rooms left at the moment. Thats brings up a great opportunity to choose your own roommates or move in with a group of friends. The service costs for electricity, gas, water and internet is €50. If you use avarage thats all covered in the renting price. The deposit will be 1,5 month of rent, there will be a fully refund in the end of your stay.
