The bright living room/bedroom/workroom has plenty of space (folding beds) and is well and modern furnished. A room divider separates the living area from the full equipped kitchen area. Also there is a large bathroom with bath tube. The south-facing balcony is located in front of the living room, equipped with outdoor furniture. It has a view of the nearby park without directly facing houses. There is a cellar for bicycles too. The door you lock with the key to the flat. The apartment is located in the heart of the Eastern part of the city (City East), right by the underground station (line No. 5) Weberwiese Station (entrance of the gate way to the metro is behind the house) and near Alexanderplatz (three stops) and 8 minutes by foot to Ostbahnhof (ICE Central Station) with suburban stations No. 3, 5, 6, 7, 9. There are also bus-stations nearly opposite to the house (day bus No. 347; night buses No. 5 and No. 44). You will be well served by public transport. There is a large choice of shops and restaurants within radius of 100 yards.
