For two persons the price adjustment up applicable (500eur/monthly). You can use other flat area ,if not booked (agreed with owner), as extra area , free of charge. Just to be ensured - no influence on utility balance. You can change your initially booked room for any other preferable room under my profile which appearing available with respect it's listing price. Notice period is standard Dutch. The Housinganywhere booking including the first month rent .All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer /cash, as agreed. For paying cash ,you get (signed) confirmation . The deposit you can pay via the bank and it should be settled with check in moment already/by cash only at the moment of check in. The method of paying deposit would be paid the same way back to you. There is no Housinganywhere option to pay deposit back via the platform. If you need to stay longer than booked, that's easy possible, just to be arrange in time (already by check in /later). If you stay shorter than you booked initially ,the difference of the fee paid on your check-in for the entire period that you booked, goes to your account....
